Michelin North America Adopts Coaching Clinic as Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW)

Michelin North America headquartered in Greenville, SC has engaged HR-DNA to provide training and development in Coaching Skills for Senior Managers as part of their on-going Leadership Development initiative called the Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW). The highly successful 2-day Coaching Clinic® workshop is co-facilitated by HR-DNA’s Brent Brower and Michelin’s Ken Seay. A roll out of the Coaching Clinic® for Senior Managers across Michelin is on-going beginning with in tact senior management teams at each plant. A combination of open enrollment workshops at headquarters and plant site workshops is being employed to accelerate impact on individual performance and on the culture.
