EnPro Industries is a diversified manufacturer of proprietary engineered products used in critical applications that employs over 5,000 people worldwide. They have a duel bottom line culture that focuses on the optimization of both people and profits. One way they build the culture is through their Transformational Leadership Challenge (TLC) program which involves a week long residence workshop and 3 months of group coaching. In association with Queens University’s McColl School of Business Brent Brower conducts the group coaching portion of this program for 6 of the highest level leaders participating in each program. In addition, HR-DNA provides individual executive coaching to C-level, VP, and Director level leaders who take on broader responsibilities and/or new roles in the organization.
