As one of the fastest growing construction companies in the Charlotte area Barringer recognized early on that they could only grow as fast as their leadership grew. Brent Brower with HR-DNA had worked with the 3 owners as their coach when they were project managers at another construction company before forming Barringer. It was only natural that they would turn to Brent to support them in building the leadership capacity of their new company. Going from 3 to over 60 employees over the last 5 years has put pressure on them to grow their leadership and the leadership of their team rapidly.
