The City of Charlotte identified 6 senior level employees that had potential to grow their leadership capacity and wanted to accelerate the process.  Based on experience with Brent Brower in coaching other senior leaders at the City it was determined that it would be beneficial to the City to sole source these coaching engagements to HR-DNA. Each of these engagements includes interviews with bosses, Hogan Leadership Assessments, 360 feedback assessments, creation of Individual Development Plans and 6 months individual coaching.
