Brent Brower was notified March, 2007 that he successfully completed the requirements for the International Coach Federation’s Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation. The requirements for MCC include at least 200 hours of training from an accredited coach training program, 2500 documented hours of professional coaching for which he was paid, references from clients and other MCC coaches, working with a mentor coach, volunteer service, commitment to the ICF code of ethics, a written exam, and an oral exam, among others.

The International Coach Federation was established in part to be the credentialing standard for the Coaching Profession. Brent has been an active member of the ICF since 1999 serving at the local level as President, Vice President, Program Chair and Board of Directors Member since co-founding the Charlotte Area Chapter.
