This highly successful family owned construction company engaged HR-DNA and Brent Brower to support them in building the leadership capacity in this rapidly growing company. After assessing the needs of the organization through interviews with over 20 leaders, Brent led a retreat with these leaders to share the interview results and obtain their consensus regarding key focal areas for leadership growth. Four key areas were identified and small groups created to lead the organization in addressing these leadership growth issues. In addition, Brent is conducting leadership assessments on each leader and co-creating with them an individual leadership development plan. Individual coaching will be part of the ongoing development plan implementation.
