Pfizer is one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies.  In order to sustain their growth as a company they recognized the need to identify and grow the next generation of leadership.  Their Next Gen program is a 9 month comprehensive leadership development process for high potential Senior Directors on track to be VP candidates.  Pyramid Resource Group was engaged to provide Executive Coaches for the Action Learning projects. Each project was a real world challenge Pfizer faced that was sponsored by a Senior Executive. Brent Brower, an associate of Pyramid, was the Action Learning Team Coach for a team of 8 next gen participants from diverse technical and functional backgrounds.
