The Municipal Association of South Carolina invited John Parker to conduct a workshop on “21st Century Leadership” at their 62nd Annual Conference in July 2002. As a featured presenter, Parker worked with over 60 mayors, city council people and city managers from across South Carolina to prepare them for the leadership skills of the 21st century.
