Morehead and Associates improved healthcare by providing workforce engagement services to hospitals and other healthcare providers. Being a rapidly growing company, the CEO engaged Brent Brower and HR-DNA to be his individual coach to support him in building his leadership capacity and the leadership capacity of the organization. Services included co-creation of a company Leadership Model, conducting 360 assessments for each the company leadership team members using the Leadership Model as the benchmark, and coaching each executive through creation of their Individual Development Plan. Individual Coaching for the CEO continued through the ultimate sale of the company to Press Ganey and afterwards through integration of the company.
