Brent Brower supports Michelin with executive coaching services. Michelin is embarking on a comprehensive people development program that involves periodic development reviews for each team member. Each team member is evaluated by their manager on their competencies vs. the competencies required for their position and perhaps other positions to which they aspire. Brent Brower works monthly with selected executives and managers, one on one and in small groups, to develop their situational leadership and coaching skills. The aim is to increase their effectiveness in developing their people.
