Over five decades, Kitchell has evolved from a local building contractor to an $800-million project service provider operating throughout the United States. Through its affiliation with Corp Coach U, Brent Brower with HR-DNA provided executive coaching services to 3 of Kitchell’s top executives. Two of the executives were leaders of major divisions in Kitchell and the other was the highest-ranking financial executive for the corporation. The latter engagement was the subject of a front-page article in the May 16, 2006 edition of the Wall Street Journal.
