Brent Brower provided executive coaching to the President and owner of this company that more than doubled its revenue and agent base to over 150 between 2004 and 2007. Brent coached the management team as a group and individually as he participated in their weekly management meetings. He also facilitated their annual strategic planning sessions to establish priorities for producing high impact with limited resources. Brent worked with the team to clarify its values and operating principles and developed a performance and development review process for all staff that incorporated the values and principles as an integral part of the review. To kickoff the program he met with each staff member and their boss every 4 months for over a year to assure alignment of staff and boss on performance and development goals.
