HR-DNA helped prepare Childress Klein’s retail and commercial divisions for long-term success through strategic planning and team-building sessions. HR-DNA facilitated a strategic retreat at Chetola in Blowing Rock, NC for the retail division of Childress Klein in the summer of 2001. In September of 2001, HR-DNA facilitated a two day retreat at Pine Crest in Tryon, NC for the commercial division. The focus of both sessions was teambuilding, strategic planning and goal-setting.
