Charlotte Pipe has experienced significant growth over the past decade. As a result, the company now employs over 1,400 in four locations. The business growth and increase in employee population created a need to instill company history, mission, values and goals in a more flexible, consistent and timely manner. HR-DNA is currently engaged in two projects with Charlotte Pipe & Foundry: 1) an employer branding program called Many Jobs-One Mission 2) a Leadership Development Process for the company’s 22 high potential leaders.
HR-DNA led the design and development of Many Jobs-One Mission, a four-hour multimedia-based program that captures the essence of Charlotte Pipe & Foundry and brings it to life for all new and existing employees. The program combines classroom training with DVD technology to engage people in a progressive learning process.
