Steve Brooks, Sales Manager for Bissell Hotels in Charlotte, engaged HR-DNA to facilitate the formation of his new sales team. HR-DNA facilitated a highly engaging strategy session for the Bissell Hotel sales Team. Prior to the session, each member of the team participated in an on-line sales aptitude assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses. The team reviewed individual strengths and weaknesses to create a team profile and effectively leverage each other’s strengths towards a common goal. Specific action plans helped the team move towards record revenue performance for the first quarter of 2002.
